How do I get help with the Tendo iOS app?
You can get help with the Tendo iOS app via the Profile Menu, which includes a link to the Tendo Support Portal.
Open Profile Menu
In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon.
Open Help
Tap the Help link.
View Support Page
In a new browser window, view the Tendo Support page.
Tap the section of the help you need:
Note: If you want to provide general feedback regarding the app including future functionality ideas and other suggestions for improvement, please give feedback about the app via the Profile Menu instead.
