How do I locate the address and get directions for an appointment?

You can view the address for an appointment and get directions to your appointment.

Note:

When selecting an address for directions, the Tendo app opens the default navigation app on your computer.

Open Appointment

In the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date.

The address displays in the appointment details page.

To get directions, click the location icon.

Confirm you want to open the navigation app on your computer.

The address will be populated in the app and provide directions to your appointment.
