How do I view my notes for all upcoming and past appointments?
You can view notes you’ve written for all upcoming and past appointments with your providers.
You can edit notes at any time.
Open Notes
In the Homepage Shortcuts section, click the My Notes link.
View Notes
Any notes you’ve created in upcoming appointments or past appointments are displayed in reverse chronological order.
The first note in the list is always open automatically [1].
The page displays your provider’s name and visit date [2], in addition to the notes you wrote for the appointment [3].
To edit the note, click the Edit link [4].
To view a different note, click the link for the note.
