How do I check in for a virtual appointment in the Tendo Android app?

For virtual appointments, you do not need to officially check in via the Android app. Instead, you will log into the virtual link for your appointment.

Notes:

The virtual appointment link will not be available to you until you have completed all pre-appointment tasks.

Access Appointment

In the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date.

Tap the link to access your virtual appointment.

Depending on your healthcare provider’s configuration settings, you may be directed to your healthcare system’s login page to access the virtual appointment.

However, if the link can be read by Tendo, the link will direct you to the virtual service.
