How do I compose a message to a medical care team provider in the Tendo Android app?
If supported by your healthcare system, you can send messages to a provider in your care team. Currently only medical questions can be sent via an online message.
Note:
If the Messages link is not available in the Tendo menu, your healthcare system does not support this feature.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. You may be billed for medical advice.
For non-medical topics, you’ll be directed to contact the healthcare organization via telephone.
For appointment scheduling questions, you’ll be directed to the online Schedule Appointment page.
