How do I confirm an appointment?
When supported by your provider, you can confirm your appointment in the app. Confirming an appointment notifies your provider that you will arrive at the provider’s office at the scheduled location, date, and time.
Notes:
Appointments can only be confirmed within 72 hours of the appointment date.
If the appointment is not yet within the 72 hour window, the confirmation option will not be available to you.
Confirm Appointment
On the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date.
Click the Confirm Appointment link.
In the confirmation window, click the Confirm Appointment button.
View Confirmation
Once the confirmation is complete, the appointment confirmation item displays a solid green circle with a white check mark [1].
Depending on your provider, you may have additional check-in tasks to complete [2].
