How do I reschedule an existing appointment?
When supported by your provider, you can reschedule an appointment in the app.
Notes:
As supported by your provider, appointments may not be able to be rescheduled within a specified time period.
If the appointment cannot be rescheduled, the reschedule option will not be available to you.
Open Appointment
In the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date.
Reschedule Appointment
Click the Reschedule button.
Note: If the appointment cannot be rescheduled, the reschedule option will not be available to you.
Proceed through the rest of the appointment scheduling process for either an in-office appointment or a virtual appointment.
