How do I access my user account?

Your user account contains all information regarding your Tendo account and user information.

Open Account

In the sidebar menu, click the Profile icon [1], then click the Account link [2].

The Profile page is the default page for your user account. You can edit your user profile at any time.

To view your medical profile, click the Medical Profile link.

To view your insurance information, click the Insurance link.

To view notes you’ve written for all upcoming and past appointments with your providers, click the Notes link.

To view letters and documents from your provider, click the Documents link.
