How do I add a note with questions or concerns to review with my provider at my appointment in the Tendo Android app?
For individual appointments, you can prepare for upcoming visits or document visit information by capturing appointment-related questions or notes.
You can add and edit notes in the appointment details page at any time before your appointment.
Open Appointment
In the Homepage, locate the Appointments heading. Tap the name of the provider and the appointment date.
Add Note
In the My Notes section, tap the Add Note button.
Type the content for your note in the text field [1].
When you are finished, tap the Save link [2].
View Note
View your note in the appointment details page.
To edit your note at any time before your appointment, tap the My Notes section.
